A Letter From the President 

After years of working in a mid-size MEP firm, I felt the need to start Martarano Engineering to provide these services on a more customer focused basis that would provide engineering solutions for reasonable fees.  I wanted a more people-oriented, technically capable and responsive firm that listened to our customers and fashioned solutions that would not only fit their needs but also offer value-driven alternatives for their consideration.

This involved establishing a culture of respect and professionalism in all parts of our organization.  Our growth rate since inception has proven this to be the appropriate way to operate an MEP firm.  

As we continue our growth I understand we will be subjected to the growing pains experienced by others.  However, I commit that any potential upcoming issues we face will not impact the quality of our services nor our responsiveness to our current and future customers.
